Waitlist Policy

Current Tenants

  • Current tenants who would like a different size unit can be put on the waiting list
  • Current tenants who would like to rent an additional unit can be put on the waiting list
  • Current tenants that reserve a specific unit will have 24 hours to respond to contact after the unit becomes available. If they fail to respond within those 24 hours we will move on to contacting customers on the waiting list.

General

  • All units are first come first serve
  • New tenants are able to put themselves on the waiting list if the desired unit size is unavailable
  • When a unit becomes available everyone on the waiting list for that size unit will be emailed *if you will not see or respond by email please leave a note and we will call*
  • If you are looking for more than one of the same sized unit make a note of it
  • Once your desired move-in date has passed you will be deleted from the waitlist. If you wish to remain on the waitlist please make a note of that or re-add yourself after the date has passed.
  • Can be on the waitlist for as many units/sizes desired

Age Restriction Policy

To rent a storage unit the tenant must be of 18 years of age or older. They must provide their birthdate along with a valid driver’s license. If for any reason they cannot provide a driver’s license we require a form of photo ID.

Late Policy

Late Policy

  • Per section 3 subsection A if rent is not paid within 5 days of the due date (the 1st) then a late fee of up to $20 may be charged. Beginning November 1, 2021 our late policy will be as follows:

    Rent is due on the 1.

    After 5 days of non-payment you will receive a past due notice.

                You have 10 days from the date of the letter to avoid any late fees.

                Status will be changed to late. 

    After 15 days of non-payment a non-refundable $10 late fee will be applied to your account. 

                You have 10 days from the date of the letter to avoid being double padlocked.

    After 25 days of no payment you will receive another letter stating that we have a lien on contents of the unit.

                A red padlock will be placed on the unit and will remain until all rent and fees are paid.       

                Status will be changed to lockout.

    After 45 days of no payment contents of the unit will be placed for auction.

                All rent and fees incurred must be paid for the auction to be cancelled. 

     

    These fees are non-refundable and are included in the amount due to prevent an auction. We encourage all customers to take advantage of our special and sign up for recurring billing to prevent late fees from being applied. Our business hours are M-F 8-5. If payments are made on the weekend or after hours the lock will be removed at our earliest convenience on the following business day.

TRASH CLEANUP FEE

IF TRASH IS LEFT OUTSIDE THE UNITS THERE WILL BE A $20 CLEANUP FEE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO YOUR ACCOUNT
